DMI (Disciple Maker Index) Survey

In December of 2024, our parish, along with the rest of the parishes in the Archdiocese of Dubuque took the Disciple Maker Index (DMI) survey.
The DMI survey assessed our greatest strengths and opportunities and:
- Invited parishioners to reflect on their journey of discipleship,
- enables our parish leadership to make data-driven decisions.
- Helps parishioners grow in their faith.
Your participation was priceless in helping us embrace Christ’s vision for missionary discipleship at our parish!
The Archdiocese of Dubuque surpassed the average national participate rates for the DMI with over 22,000 respondents. We had 1,203 people take the survey, which is 93% of our average Mass attendance.
The DMI helps in gauging the 4 factors of a thriving parish which are:
